 Beauty is around and moist air in November filled with scents of the forest. Here we are in a landscape dear to me, and surprisingly harmonious, to the early autumn sunset, with some menacing clouds. I am pleased to share with you this gem

La bellezza è intorno e l'aria umida di novembre ricca di profumi del bosco. Qui siamo in un paesaggio a me caro, e sorprendentemente armonioso, verso l'anticipato tramonto di autunno, con qualche nuvola minacciosa. Ho il piacere di condividere con voi questa chicca.

Novembre è un mese riflessivo, le energie devono smuoversi, e rigenerarsi e dal profondo riaffiorano emozioni e sentimenti che sembravano essersi dissolti sotto il sole dell'estate. A me accade un pò così tutti gli anni. Ma a parte le giornate uggiose, umide e bagnate, i colori si accendono, di gradazioni infinite tra il giallo e l'arancio, a pennellate irriverenti, qui e là da una sponda e l'altra dell'arno, e su e giù per i colli del Chianti. Amo saltare nel quadro del paesaggio da un particolare alll'altro e farlo mio interiormente. Riassaporare il meraviglioso equilibrio naturale, questo ultimo concedersi di un rimasuglio estivo come costumi spaiati sulle bancarelle delle Cascine. Queste ultime giornate di autunno, svogliato e lento, e pesante come l'acqua dell'Arno che è cupa e solo a tratti scivolosa.

November is a reflexive month, the energies have to budge, and regenerate and resurface from the deep emotions and feelings that seemed to have dissolved in the summer sun. To me it happens a little like this every year. But apart from the gloomy days, damp and wet, the colors light up, the infinite gradations between yellow and orange, to irreverent brushstrokes, here and there from one bank to the other of the Arno, and up and down the Chianti hills. I love to pop in the context of the landscape from a particular to the other, and do my inwardly. Savor the wonderful natural balance, enjoy this last remnant of a summer as odd costumes on the stalls of the Cascine. These last days of autumn, listless and slow, and heavy as the Arno water that is dark and only occasionally slippery.
